Our shipping is fast, secure, and affordable. We take great care in packaging your hair extensions to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to make the shipping process as smooth as possible for you. Shipping to any of the 50 states is $20, U.S. Territories is $40, and worlwide shipping starts at $60.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Jassy Extensions, we take pride in providing high-quality raw and virgin hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will gladly offer an exchange or replacement.

Please note:

Installed, worn, colored, or altered hair cannot be returned or exchanged
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end
We recommend consulting a professional stylist before installation, as we are not responsible for issues after the hair has been altered.
